Here you can purchase the PIN code for your RNS-E in case you have lost it.
The cost of this service does NOT include a feature pack. If you require one, please purchase your feature pack separately.

Cost: £5 (GBP) via PayPal
This service is ONLY for RNS-E units with our Guelder Rose firmware and newer. Earlier firmwares do not display the PUK.
Note: You can upgrade your firmware even if the unit is requesting your PIN. As soon as the RNS-E turns on press the screen open button repeatedly to open, and then insert the firmware CD.
Please make sure you enter your details carefully. Refunds can NOT be given in case of user typos.
You will receive your PIN code immediately on the website following payment.
